How I transformed my body
Letâs talk about how to see NOTICEABLE changes in your body
Both transformations are taken roughly a year apart
My main focus on my fitness journey has always been to grow my lower body ( mostly glutes ) and to look lean and toned
I spent a lot of time in a calorie deficit and overtraining
I was surprised to see even though I was working so hard and restricting so much, I was just left feeling inflamed, bloated, and not much closer to my physique goals
I was stuck in a plateau but was scared to try anything else to get to where I wanted to be
I was sooo scared to put on body fat at the time, but I was honestly sick and tired of killing myself in the gym everyday and seeing almost no muscle development
I put myself in an uncomfortable position, and this ultimately gave me the biggest reward yet in my fitness journey
I adjusted my nutrition, training and day to day routine strategically to ensure growth
Not only did I SEE the changes I wanted ( even more than I expected too ), I felt amazing
With my journey, I had to get over many fears and unhealthy habits, which was veryyy uncomfortable, to achieve a more comfortable lifestyle
Now, itâs a lot easier to sustain my healthy eating habits and my training regimen, I have drastically improved my struggles with body image, and have never felt more confident in myself
This taught me that itâs necessary to be uncomfortable for a little if you want to be even more comfortable in the long run
