In the latest episode of SBS‘s Dolsing Fourmen, Super Junior member Shindong gave an unexpected update on his relationship status.

Shindong was 2023’s “New Year’s Couple Reveal,” though by Sports Seoul and not Dispatch. At the time, his agency confirmed that he was dating a non-celebrity woman.

Super Junior’s Shindong Confirms He Is In A Relationship

Talking about how he is almost always “caught” being in relationships, the idol revealed that he split ways with the girlfriend girlfriend in April 2024.

Since I never publicly mentioned the breakup, I kept seeing comments asking if I got divorced… But we broke up. We dated for about three and a half years. It was tough after the breakup, but we decided to root for each other as we move on our separate paths.

Noting the breakup was amicable, Shindong joked, “It was revealed after IU and Lee Jong Suk‘s dating news, so the comments were like, ‘We don’t care.’” IU and Lee Jong Suk were Dispatch’s 2023 New Year’s couple. The two are believed to be still together.
