Aptly named Boneca Apartment (doll’s house in Portuguese) by the client, designed by architect Brad Swartz – this 24 square meter Sydney apartment has a sense of luxury and refinement way beyond its size. Realigning the bathroom and kitchen created a long living and dining zone, and a screened sleeping alcove, both oriented to the view.

This is the very first video that I’ve ever watched on this channel, and still remains as one of my absolute favourite apartment designs. It’s simple yet functional and comfortable. Would love to live there
The idea of living in such a small, maintainable, minimal space is really appealing to me. I like the idea of home being simple, so after the chaos of outside, you can return to something visually and physically comfortable.
The large windows are definitely a crucial element in making the space feel larger and more open. Even with all the ways they made it feel open, etc. having windows that go the entire length of the apartment is what prevents it from feeling cramped.
This is the most perfect use of a space i have ever seen in my Entire life i want to live there it looks great and pretty and it’s an amazing design and great choice of colors. good job
