Man Rescues 350 Dogs, Providing Love and Forever Homes
Farid Mansurov, a resident near Baku, has transformed his country house into a sanctuary called “Kind World” for dogs in need, particularly those with disabilities or injuries.
Spanning 20 acres, the shelter began with rescuing a dog that lost a leg in a car accident, followed by a small stray puppy rescued from hunger and cold.
Today, “Kind World” is home to 350 four-legged friends, carefully chosen based on their need for rehabilitation and care.
The shelter not only takes in visibly injured or sick dogs but also those suffering from deep psychological wounds, such as two German shepherds rescued from severe neglect.
Farid’s mission extends beyond physical healing; he aims to rebuild the dogs’ trust in humanity. He believes that teaching children to love and respect animals from a young age can prevent cruelty in adulthood.
The shelter encourages adoption, provided new owners commit to caring for and loving their canine companions.
